Pink Elephant - Crash Bandicoot: On the Run!
Here's another obscure character form the Crash universe: Pink Elephant was supposed to be a nenemy in a level featured in Crash: Twinsanity. The level got scrappend from the game, and so this enemy as well never saw the light.
